Temporary accommodation in Bromley

The property is falsely advertised in my option. It mentions being modern but that’s far from the case. You are welcomed by not very well kept facilities and the room wasn’t clean I would say only the bedding was changed. The appliance’s in the kitchen were dusty and the bathroom had used products from previous users left in there. If this was ‘modern’ as was advertised then the upkeep of the room would be better presented. The walls were dirty and required repainting and first impressions and you enter the property you are welcomed by leaking pipe work on the exterior of the building and broken furniture in the communal area. Hand wash was also provided as washing up liquid. This wasn’t a comfortable stay.

Cleanings bed sheets was full of black hair a little fly’s all touch points was not clean must leave immediately

The caretaker who checked me into the property was so damn friendly and helpful! Honestly, he made me feel welcome. The location of the property is close to Bromley North and plenty of amenities.

This isn’t really the fault of the property owners/staff, but the other guests were prone to be a bit loud at late/early hours.

The location of the property seems okay. There is TV on the wall. It is easy to commute to central London

The property advertised did not meet the requirement, very deceptive. The manager is very rude and not consistent with what he says. The property is dirty, entrance to the property is hidden and very dirty for the prize advertised. The property is not safe to stay especially for a female lodging alone. There was so much noise, banging and hitting on the top flat and inside the flat. You could barely sleep at night. At a point, someone was banging on my room door in the middle of the night, they barely could not speak English. This was very frightened and scarey especially at night. The door in the room is broken, not properly secured.There was no wifi, electric socket not working, only one was working used for the heater. Dirty toilet, no kettle, fridge not working.Unfortunately, the room advertised appears clean,but that is not the true picture of the property. I requested for a refund, the manager said it is not refndable. Properties should be vetted before putting it out to let.

Staff was friendly and nice also very helpful.
