Brilliantly decorated, arrived to a very clean property.

Very central and quiet. Right next to the dog park and amenities. The layout is quirky and spacious and the courtyard and terrace make for nice additions.

Bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper as daylight does stream in through the blinds. But overall it was a good venue and we would book it again.

The house was well appointed, but appeared a lot more luxurious in the marketing photos. We had to pay a pet fee for enhanced cleaning, but this didn't happen - we stayed next door for the following night and so we know it only got a very basic clean, and not the enhanced cleaning our pet fees paid for. The house wasn't that clean, i.e. cobwebs in the glass celling of the extension. The outdoor lights did not work, some of the cupboard doors in the kitchen are melted and generally it just wasn't worth a luxury price, we stayed next door the following evening and paid less than half and it was very similar.

1 bathroom for 8 people not enough The code lock was temperamental throughout the whole stay. It was so bad on Saturday evening that we attempted to contact the 24 hour helpline. I called, sent a text and went through the message system. We were not contacted back. Not even the next morning. Very poor service given that we were locked outside of the property at 9pm with 3 young children. There was no follow up the next day either. We also contacted before arrival to check if the car we have would fit on the driveway. We explained it was a large estate car. It did not of course fit. So had the trouble and expense of finding parking for the entire weekend when we arrived which was not the relaxing evening we were hoping to have.
