The Townhouse By My Getaways Free Parking

I booked this house at booking.com looking at the pics it looked just like the perfect place to spend 2 nights in brighton. But Just to let you know i was so disappointed and some of the disappointments were as it was a house so it should have the following for 6 people.... 1. No glasses but only ( 2 wine glasses, 2 water glasses, 2 drink glasses ) we were 6 guests. The beds are 1.5 feet baby size beds , I mean we were on a vacation not a jail cell. Literally you could fall if you changed side. 3 the door electric lock is faulty takes too much deliberation to open. No toiletries hand wash was used. No floor mats for the bathroom broken lock on powder room door, and which house has a powder room in the kitchen. You advertise the property as A + but infact it is B. You actually misguided customers, and that's my honest opinion regards

Amazing location and lovely living area, bedrooms were also comfortable. Parking space outside was fantastic and we found a great carpark nearby for the second car.

Biggest problem was lack of glasses/plates, we had to go out to buy enough for 8 people. Also, there was only a couple of toilet rolls provided for a group of 8 staying for 2 nights, as well as only 1 hand towel despite 2 bathrooms.

The bedrooms were far too hot, we couldn’t use the attic room as it was stifling. Windows in general were difficult to open. There was too much light coming in the bedroom windows as there were no curtains making it difficult to sleep There was also a musty smell in the house Only one bathroom which is an issue with a large group Also we were promised a welcome pack but it was very basic

Excellent location, comfortable beautiful furniture, spacious rooms, lovely terrace and courtyard.

Location is very good. Decor is good. Sleeps lots of people, would be good for group of friends enjoying the nightlife.

I didn't like the added, hidden cleaning fee. I didn't like the extra insurance needed, scared by the fact that there was also a large deposit to be paid before I was allowed entry to the property. Agree the stairs are very steep and slippery up to first landing. Not suitable for small children I don't think.

Very spacious and well located properly. The decor was lovely and it’s a great space for a family or a group of friends. We were 5 friends but it could comfortably sleep 8. The hosts were super too. Very professional and responsive in all their communications.

These comments are just suggestions for improvement to make things even better. The main one is that there needs to be a safety rail on the steps leading up to the front door. Someone could easily fall. Second is that the blackout blinds were ill fitting, so pretty useless at keeping light out. Last comment very minor: plug provided for kitchen sink didn’t fit plug hole. Bit of a pain.

Perfect house for a girls weekend! Comfortably slept 8 people. Beautifully decorated, amazing location and hosts were so easy, efficient and friendly! Would highly recommend! 5 mins walk into the town, perfect for shopping, bars and food. We had the best weekend!! So helpful that it has a parking space and 2 outside areas for enjoying the sunshine! Only 4 chairs outside so would be great if there was more but overall a perfect house!

Lovely house, exactly as advertised. Central location with parking. Hassle free stay with everything we needed for 2 adults & 2 teenagers.
