Great location with parking space and large apartment with well equipped kitchen.

Everybody liked it. Used it to sleep 3 adults and two teens on their way to the Sunday Time Trials for the National British Jr. Rowing Championships. Was 31 minute drive to the racing venue near Nottingham. My grandaughter didnt make it to the semifinals, but wasn't the slowest quad in womens 14....

Had some glitches in electronic communications but all solved with a few phone calls.

No normal to only smart tv which couldn’t get live tv on itv channel

Location was good. Communication with us was good. Most of the facilities were good and we were comfortable. The water was lovely and hot and very good showers.

Kitchen poorly equiped no tea towel to dry dishes, just a towel. The amount of cutlery is inadequate as only 2 desert spoons so breakfast cereal for 4 is a problem. Also not enough small plates , knives forks and glasses particularly pint glasses for beer. One flat pillow per person is not adequate, good job Dunelm is near by so you can buy more. We found the tv a problem as had to log in to watch anything as there is no aerial. This should be made clear on the details before booking. Last of all there was no fire evacuation information as usual on the back of the door. No kind of local information which is usual in most places.

Extremely easy to access the property. No need to stick with precise check in times or meet the host. Communication was received very promptly.

Apartment was great but was missing a few items that would have made things perfect - like very simply tea towels, kitchen paper, a tray for the microwave oven, toilet scrub...

Very central to town with reserved parking. Lovely accommodation throughout.

One pillow each was not adequate, sadly.
