Nice cosy apartment, well located clean and tidy all amenities there and working. Tv in the front room was logged into a guest Netflix, which was nice to have so we could watch a film at night. Pet friendly, we was able to bring our dog with us but do need to pay a fee even though it says no fee charge on this site. Bed was comfy

No hot water in the bathroom sink, only cold water available. Shower layout hasn’t been thought through to get into the shower you need to get past a long radiator, which is on majority of the time. So had to hold a towel up infront so we didn’t burn ourselves. We opened the bedroom window for fresh air on the first night as couldn’t turn of the heating but couldn’t close it again and ended up having to slam shut. Could do with a book to tell you how to work things, e.g the radiator and under floor heating. When we stayed unfortunately the winds were very crazy, due to this apartment being a shop before the wind was whistling through the cracks and we had to put tissues between the door and door frame to stop it.

There is under floor heating so we were snug and cozy, the apartment itself is beautiful. It is right in the middle of Old Colwyn so you have shops, take aways and pubs on your doorstep.

As the apartment is on the main road, there is a lot of traffic noise in the living area, the bedroom is quieter though, then at night it is significantly quiet. It wasn't enough to spoil our stay though.

I spent a week in this apartment while visiting family. It was modern, warm, and cosy. The location was ideal, right next door to the local shops , country pub and a deli takeaway cafe and a 10-minute walk to the beach. It ticked all the boxes for me, and I look forward to returning.
