Luxurious 1 Bedroom Apartment With Secure Garden

Lovely and clean Nice garden space Short walk to the promenade

Only let down was the parking, but there was on street parking a short walk away

The apartment was very clean Large space and well set out (except for the fridge not in the kitchen but near the bedroom? ) Nice garden area ( very bare could do with some furniture etc) Great communication Welcome hamper a nice touch although a couple of items were past bb date Overall had a great stay and managed to see quite a lot of North Wales Old Colwyn was great location for travelling to nearby places and the beach but sadly as all small towns has become a little run down half a dozen pubs and similar number of takeaways but little else

Very noisy near main road in lounge area Windows were frosted but blinds only come half way down at front of property letting in light and providing little privacy No bottle opener/corkscrew Shower badly designed have to squeeze through between shower doors and radiator Mattress very firm Booking site needs updating Re pet policy states no charge but was asked to pay extra for the dog?

It was a great location close to the beach, all the pubs and restaurants in the area right on the high street lovely welcome hamper on arrival. It was per friendly and all the pubs locally allowed dogs.

Needs a few finishing touches, toilet seat wasnt fastened straight sitting down on the toilet was a bit tricky. There was a step into the shower and then a Stepdown when you were finished , which was tricky, you had to twist to get out the door and miss the radiator. There was a fair Traffic from the high street and the large windows didn't block out all the noise and all the people going past, they need some bigger blinds.

Amazing tv and everything was very modern and clean, plus the hamper was a very nice touch and was much appreciated 😁

The only thing was the mattress was a little too firm for me but that’s just my preference

The room is very good recently decorated very nice new appliances. Good shower. It's a very warm apartment, really comfy bed. 10 minutes walk to the beach from the front door down the slope easy to reach. Plenty of fast food take aways what you want you will find. Co op and aldi within walking distance,two pubs across the road.

This is no criticism just little things to improve, no coat hangers but there's a rail under the stairs, no drawers for clothes, it's ok for a short break any longer it will get annoying,salt and pepper are in the cupboard but empty, house hold cleaning items, dish cloth, dust pan and brush and broom. We wanted to clean before we left but was unable to. Now the cons this is beyond their control it's a very busy road, 20 mph nope, pub clientele, just to make you aware of, apart from that it's a great get away.
