Luxurious 1 Bedroom Apartment With Secure Garden

Lovely place was perfect to visit family down there.

Lovely stay here, gorgeous interior, pots and pans, kettle, microwave, toaster, running water, shower etc There is a stoned garden to the rear which is enclosed with a low fence. It is easy to find and we had no problem with nearby parking, the street is just quite tight to get into Lovely and clean inside and the hosts where very pleasant via message Has under floor heating in rooms and radiator in bathroom Ironing board/iron and Hoover available Clean fridge with small freezer drawer Had no problems and would definitely stay again!

As other reviews say it is close to a main road so there is noise from traffic, we didn’t have a problem with this though, it wasn’t unbearable and is only really heard in the living room No hot water in bathroom sink and bathroom tap is wobbly There is a hoover and iron + ironing board but no other cleaning supplies e.g. surface spray, there is only washing up liquid, there was hand lotion in the bathroom but no soap. Would of been handy to have a mop or spray etc to clean up easier

Location was not really nice .noisey road walk up every morning to someone on door smoking weed bed was like sleeping on a ironing board

This is a very nice modern apartment. It’s in a great location for local amenities, coop & Lidl 2 mins away. Some lovely little Deli/Cafes to eat in & 2 pubs right across the road. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach & there a nice river walk behind the pub. Communication with the owner is great they answer any questions really quickly & provide clear instructions on key safe & parking near by (as no direct parking outside). This apartment has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils Washing up liquid, cleaning cloths & tea towels provided. Livingroom room has a great smart TV & comfy couch. Bedroom is nice & quiet at the back of the property & a very modern bathroom with towel provided. Steps to the nicely renovated back garden which is very safe for pets & has some seating if you choose to spend time out there. A nicely presented properly that was very clean & comfortable to spend time in.

As this apartment is on a very busy road, you hear all the passing traffic & pedestrians passing by. Some secondary glazing could resolved noise. Livingroom windows are floor to ceiling, top windows have blinds, lower windows frosted for privacy. However as the apartment is located on an extremely sharp bend, when cars turning into the road lights beam (quite hairy as they look like they’re coming in through the front window) & also shadows from people walking past. We also found the daylight from outside can inhibit the TV screen with a glare which can make it hard to watch. A simple solution would be adding blinds to lower windows. Also a small table to eat from would be useful. We had to used a small bedside table. The fridge is in a separate area to the kitchen which itself is not a problem, however it is only small & is too low down, simply popping it on a table would help with access, or a taller fridge/freezer. Bathroom sink tap loose & no hot water. Bathroom mirror loose, was worried it would fall off when wiping off condensation after showering & the light doesn’t work on the mirror. The shower door opens the wrong way & is narrow. Currently if getting in you have to navigate the radiator & try not to touch it when climbing in the shower. Getting out has the additional worry of a big step to the floor which means I slipped on the wet shower floor whilst trying to get out without touching the radiator. I’m fine, but if poor mobility or large stature it will be an issue. Having the door slide open on the other side may help. Also a shelf in the shower would be useful as not everyone can keep bending to pick up shampoos etc. No outside bin to dispose of poo bags.

So originally we booked the 1 bedroom apartment in Old Colwyn - on arrival we found the shower wasn’t working. We contacted Ryan who immediately responded with what we could try to get it working. Unfortunately it still didn’t work so Ryan said he would get an electrician out but to save the hassle for us he has another property locally we could stay at. Both properties were decorated and furnished beautifully with everything you could need. Both properties were cleaned to a very high standard. Comfortable beds, smart tv’s, under floor heating so nice and warm. Both properties had everything you’d need if you want to cook your own meals but also in good areas with plenty of fish and chip shops, takeaways, restaurants cafes and pubs. Plenty of things to do for families, couples or friends. Communication was brilliant. Would definitely recommend a stay with Ryan and Nicole and will definitely rebook.

Nothing liked everything!!

Lovely, clean, warm and modern ground floor apartment close to Aldi and other food outlets. Alex’s chippy nearby was delicious! 5 min walk to the beach. Enclosed gravel area out the back for dogs, accessed down steep stairs.

Very close to road so traffic noise and people outside pubs noisy in the evening. Glass windows with frosted glass but would benefit from a long curtain over the door and windows to close off the outside in the evenings. Road outside very steep so not easy to drop bags off to then find parking. Towels provided very small so you may want to take a larger one with you. Shower door would benefit from being fitted the other way so you don’t burn yourself on the radiator next to the shower. Quite difficult to get in and out as large step up to it. Very small fridge with freezer compartment that was totally frozen like a massive ice block bulging into the fridge making it unusable.

Perfect location, everything as listed in description. Good communication, lovely cosy apartment with everything you need around. Worth the money would definitely recommend.

Only minor issue was the hot tap in bathroom didn’t go hot and there was no hand soap but absolutely no other issues.
