Luxurious 1 Bedroom Apartment With Secure Garden

Nicely decorated. Easy to find.

Sadly, the luxurious apartment wasnt as expected, I did contact the owners to raise these issues on departure but my message hasn't even been looked at. During our 2 night stay, the Bathroom tap was loose on the sink with no hot water. I did message the owner of this issue during our stay. In one of the drawers under the bathroom sink, suggested a previous leak. The exposed wires and pipe work on the other side of the wall suggested that work had recently been done and not finished. When getting out of the shower, you have to navigate a very high step down and the scoulding hot radiator as the door slides the wrong way. Although towels were provided, 2 wasn't enough and the quality of them wasn't luxurious. There was also no toilet roll, so had to buy some when we got there. The LED mirror didn't work (no batteries I expect) The fridge could easily be sat on the kitchen counter rather than at the other end of the apartment. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes but a few shelves would have offered more storage and a light so you can actually see, rather than rely on the bedroom light. The steps down to the garden were steep and dangerous, making the garden unusable. A hand rail on the wall would help. In the kitchen the hot water was at scolding point, we came to use the toaster and it didn't work. There was an exposed electric switch hidden by the chopping boards. We liked the electric pepper / salt Mills for dining but there were no batteries or salt and pepper to actually use them Whilst the location is what it is, the traffic is heavy, even at night. Double, secondary or third glazing would help to reduce the noise and the lights from the pub opposite the road. Being able to have the blinds to the length of the windows would help to make it to be more cosy & block out the lights.

The apartment was loveley everything you need for a short stay ,had a problem with the bedroom Ryan was straight around and fixed it .easy to get to colwyn bay ,llandudno and Rhos on sea bus stop few yards away .the apartment was clean and a loveley welcome pack waiting for us .great place to stay I'm sure we will be back 😁

There was quite a big step into the shower it probably would benefit from having a hand rail inside to grab hold of .my 3 year old grandson was constantly trying to hold on to the radiator which was hot because there was nothing to hold on to. the opening of the shower was very small and right next to the radiator .

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a big tv and there are lots of local beaches, one being only 10 minutes walk. Kitchen amenities are all modern and lovely colour schemes. Local shops nearby and takeout places if you do not want to cook.

The only option for clothing storage is a small rail and not enough hangers for 2 people. You can hear the traffic as it passes but only in the living room.

Perfect! The apartment was so clean and comfortable. Host Ryan responded really quickly to questions I had before arriving. It's perfect for travelling with dogs, the secure garden at the back is a real bonus too. The location has really good public transport links and great walks along the beach. I would definitely book again!

The property was a great place to stay, comfortable with plenty of pillows on the bed, little fridge to enable cooking own meals or milk etc. Living space was nice and smart tv so you can continue to catch up on your favourites. The utensils and cooking equipment was sufficient and well thought. Up to date and a great little place. Parking was easy to find on the street behind or in a car park a 2 minute walk. Location to the beach and surrounding areas was great. Cute little walk down the canal too. Quiet bedroom once door is closed and great with the rear garden access- a great little bonus with an apartment. Shower was great pressure and heat.

The blinds don’t go all the way down so at night time the frosted glass works in the opposite way meaning the outside can see in. Gaps in the door meant slugs were getting in. Shower door too close to radiator when getting out. Property currently up for sale so would be sad to see it no longer a holiday home!

Fantastic little property, very modern and stylish. Super comfy sofa and bed. Bedroom super quiet. A lovely hamper greeted us on arrival ❤️ Shower was lovely and warm. Super quiet enclosed garden that is dog proof. Close to excellent amenities ie cafes, pubs, shopping (Co-Op and Aldi), and a lovely walk behind the property called “fairy glen”

Small niggles that can be addressed are, no washing up liquid, only 1 bin bag provided and couldn’t find any owners manual. Toilet seat hinge broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. Because of obvious space limitations,Entrance into the roomy shower very narrow with quite a high step out of it. Enclosed garden may not be ideal for People with mobility issues, as it is down about 20 concrete steps. Can’t be helped, but on a busy road, so expect some road noise.

Lovely and cozy little apartment, close to lots of nice areas. The hosts were amazing and very attentive.
