Luxurious 1 Bedroom Apartment With Secure Garden

Very clean &modern

Need small table & 2 dining chairs to eat meal

The location was perfect for visiting family and friends locally. Great pubs across the road and Alex”s fish and chips were superb. The outdoor space was great and the apartment is new and spotless. Watching TV is like being in a cinema !

The front room is quite close to main road so does get noise/ light from passing traffic. Maybe some blinds/ curtains ?

Asked for internet password, never replied. Very noisy at front, old shop converted into a flat. But no double glazing at front, truly needs secondary glazing. I'm disabled, really difficult to get into the shower, door doesn't open wide enough , you have to step up into it, no grab rails to hold on to!

The place is in a fab location and provided everything we needed. Lovely little place! Noise from the road is really not as bad as the reviews make out, it’s actually quite therapeutic!

Only a few minor things - the place could do with new towels they were very small and had bleach marks on them… & no hot water in the bathroom makes for a very awakening wash in the morning😂

It was spacious and clean

The tap in the bathroom was very loose and only supplied cold water The fridge froze everything even though it was on low The cooker was very difficult to use The shower door was really difficult to open and vlose

Noise from traffic

Too noisy with traffic and pedestrians. Front windows could be double glazed. No blind on bathroom window. Steep steps to garden, needs a hand rail. Too hot, no instructions on how to switch heating off.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. Very well decorated and added bonus with the private garden to sit outside in the sun! If we were to stay in Old Colwyn again we would 100% return. Great communication with hosts and close to everything you could need and want.
