Private room in Birmingham city centre with free parking

i just like the location next to the lake and cycling to the city centre also close but i was too tired to cycle !!!!! and LIDL 5 // 6 //7 minutes walk and TESCO 15 // 16 // 17 minutes walk if u walk faster

from the start problems the key broke inside almost didn't get access and they promised me a room with a lounge with a big screen tv and i never never got a room i was sleeping in a lounge and i never never got a tv but i tolerated the disappointment because the lounge was large and i had my own tv they complained when i played music louder they complained that i didn't mop properly that was ridiculous because i shouldn't mop in a first place host extremely extremely unfriendly never never reply to any of my e-mails and obviously i hated hated burning and i hated hated fatigue but this problem i have in many many booking.com

Did not encountered any issue during my stay. The place is quiet with other people staying there being very respectful. The room was clean and very tidy, and the cost is affordable too. Host is super friendly.

Really well located, 20 minutes away walk from the beginning of the city center. Fully equipped kitchen, good wifi, really friendly landlord.

Some noises isolation has to be done, even if it's not as bad as some other comments mentioned. The salon is transformed and no longer exist.

A lovely place with friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located not far from the city center.

Nice house friendly staff and room mates very clean all the machines are working conditions good to stay here I feel like home. I will definitely come back to stay here because of the flexible price, check in & check out comfort for all the genders
