Svevo, rustico centrale con parcheggio a Trieste

sehr zentrale lage, umliegende infrastruktur, wie Supermarkt, Tabacco und Restaurants, war alles in brauchbarerer gehweitet. Man geht nur ca 10min bis zum Canale Grande und zum Hafen, in der anderen Richtung kommt man über eine Treppe schön zum Castel, auch ca. 10min. die Garage war in guter gehweite und gut gesichert, leicht zugänglich und gut geeignet für Reisen mit dem Auto!

Logistics of getting in were confusing & explanation of details was in a video which was hard to follow on a phone on the street reading necessary subtitles.

The property was just as described and depicted in the photos. Everything was clean and the location was outstanding! Neighborhood had lots to offer. Great coffee shops nearby and was an easy walk from the train station. It was also easy for us to walk to all the places in Trieste we wanted to go. Apartment is cute.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist SPITZE, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich denke es ist ideal für jüngere Leute die nicht viel Wert auf Komfort legen. Die Dachschräge ist v.a. im Schlafzimmer sehr herausfordernd. Fenster können natürlich nur geöffnet werden wenn es nicht regnet! Bad in dem sich auch das WC befindet ist wirklich MINI!! Bettsofa im Wohnraum ist nicht zum Sitzen geeignet da die Polster permanent wegrutschen. Der Lift in den 5. Stock ist ebenfalls MINI, alt, dunkel u langsam, Platzangst sollte man keine haben. Nicht barrierefrei, trotz Lift müssen noch 3 Stiegen zu Fuß bewältigt werden. Herausfordernd ist auch die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe da man ja alles ausladen muss, in die Wohnung bringen u dann mit dem Schlüssel zur Garage fahren muss. Garagenbox ebenfalls MINI, ich denke bis max Golf-Größe zu benutzen. Man muss natürlich einräumen dass die Whg inkl Garagenplatz nur € 125,00 pro Nacht gekostet hat, für Triest ein Superpreis.

Nice location, touchy Italian style and decorations, host with good approach and helpfull attitude towards our requests, parking and little breakfast included.

In our opinion, some refurbishing in bathroom and more comfortable beds would improve our comfort to maximum level.
