We liked our stay at the apartment.

Cozy, excellent location, parking included

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent. The parking garage was tight, but very convenient. The information given by the owner was informative and well organized. We only stayed one night, but would definitely recommend it for its convenient location.

The only negative for our stay was the heat. The apartment is located in the attics of a 5 story building, which were quite hot (we visited during a hot spell). The bedroom stays quite cool with its own air conditioner, but the living room and single bedroom were quite warm despite a smaller air conditioner unit.

The location was very good, and having a private and secure parking location was a big plus.

The apartment is on the very last floor, and the elevator doesn't go all the way through. The sofa bed is a bit noisy, and some things in the apartment need maintenance. But the part that bothered me was that the host wasn't very helpful, when we asked questions we got: "Just watch the videos", which wasn't very professional.

Located right in the middle of the city centre. Car safely parked in garage box. Pro tip: watch the videos. Watch them again and make notes!

Breakfast is not breakfast. You can argue that Italian culture means breakfast is having coffee standing in the street, but compared to previous locations where we skipped lunch after breakfast, this is not breakfast. Pro tip to owners: please provide transcripts of your videos, not all of us like watching YouTube on the street while double parked. Pro tip two: Add locker at garage where keys can be stored, so guests don't have to return keys at city centre again.
