Great location and value and all well thought through. Good special touch such as the excellent breakfast at a traditional coffee house nearby. The kitchen is functional and includes a coffee machine. Garage is close by and essential for staying this central with a car.

The accommodation is very well located within walking distance to all services. Trieste, like many old cities, is very busy and everything is crammed in tight. Getting access to the accommodation is quite a process but is explained well in a video sent by the proprietors. An additional bonus is that the accommodation also provides secure car parking accommodation, even if it is about 300 metres away. Again, a video gives ample instructions on how to gain access. This would be extremely beneficial fir those travelling by car as there is definitely nowhere to park on the tge roads. The apartment itself was very clean and of a reasonable size with two bedrooms (double and single beds) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Although we had no use for the kitchen, one is available. An extra bonus is an air conditioner in the main bedroom. Fans are also provided. We discovered that one of the fans was faulty and the proprietors graciously offered to pay the city tax to make amends. Overall, we were very happy with the the accommodation and would certainly recommend it to others.

The apartment is on the fifth floor and even with a (small) lift in the building you still have to navigate four flights of stairs (over two levels). This may be a problem for people with disabilities. The accommodation is listed as ‘breakfast included’. This is probably an exaggeration as it consists of one coffee and a pastry at a nearby coffee shop. I am not being too critical here as I didn’t expect to receive anything at all with an apartment in the centre of Trieste. In a way, it is a bonus. It is just that being advertised as ‘breakfast included’, people may be expecting something more substantial.

The location is central, breakfast is awesome, and the host Alessandro is great! We will definitely book this place when we visit Trieste again!

The location is excellent...close to everything good in Trieste The walking distance to the beautifull Farro della Vittoria and Barcola park and beach for relax Easy to catch the train to Venice- best way to enjoy the the trip

Everything was good. Apartment is cosy, clean and romantic. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet

The location is neer the centar of town. It has a parking lot in the garage. It has a lot of lights during the day.

The apartment is not functional for more than 4 people. It has not enough light bulbs in the apartment. 5th floor and elevator only goes to the 4th.
