Clima in camera non santificatosporco pieno di polvere, anche i ventilatori molto polverosi, sali scendi doccia rotto,non adatto a 2 coppie, letto matrimoniale e divano con materassi scomodi

Near old town, safety free parking near apartment, good breakfast at Pirano Caffe.

It is an attic apartment in the centre of Trieste, really close to the Canal Grande or San Giusto. There is also only 2km to the Trieste Centrale, so you can take a train from the airport and get on foot to the apartment. If you'd like to visit other places, direct trains go as well to Monfalcone or even Venezia. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen annexe. It is actually the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced - there are pots, frying pans, knives or even a cheese grater, which gaves a great opportunity if you would like to save some money and prepare your own meals. Regarding the breakfast, you are provided with vouchers to the Cafe Pirona. Each voucher equals one beverage and one croissant. A nice place to have a quick breakfast before visiting the city or to take a take-out.

It is not really suitable if you travel with little children. The lift in the town house is too small to fit a stroller, so we had to leave our strollers on the staircase - fortunately they were not stolen. Cafe Pirona is also quite small and has only tall chairs, so it is difficult to have breakfast with children.
