Perfect location. Great walk in the nearby woods. Kitchen well equipped.

First night was so hot! No way to turn off heating. This was corrected the second night.

It was very enjoyable being there. We loved the hot tub, the cottage, the woodland surroundings. Fabulous walks from right out the door

We were there 4 nights and we found the bed/mattress uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment was great but no baking tray to cook stuff on and no foil. We used the big heavy one in the oven which took a massive washing up job. A couple of baking trays & foil would be a big help.

Lovely little outbuilding conversion, making the perfect couple weekend away. Hot tub, full kitchen, with microwave, hob/oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and USB sockets if you forget to bring a charger. Bedroom has dressing gowns, iron/board, hair dryer, large wardrobe and full length mirror. It all feels homely, comfortable and a little 'high end' The hot tub was on and warm ready for arrival, with a high enough fence to feel you had privacy. Want to spend a romantic weekend a way with day trips to the local area. Then it would be hard to go wrong here. The host was in contact from check in (ensuring everything was okay) to check out (check out time, towels etc) But the most telling thing is when there is an issue. We reported the toilet seat had an issue, and maintenance where in the next morning and fixed it.

There is a smell of old oil in the front room when it has been closed, but soon dissipates with a door open. Could do with a lamp in the front room, using the extractor light works when you want to the lights down low. But loses some of the magic. As much as we looked we could find a tray for the oven, which left us using and washing entire grill tray. No AirCon, (doesn't state it does) so take a fan if you need one. Not that the rooms got hot, the construction of the building keeps it reasonably cool. None of this stopped us enjoying our stay, and this is being very picky
