Primrose Luxury Cottage with Private Hot tub

Very modern

Minimum equipment. Needed to keep wash up.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation, the hot tub, the staff and the settings.

Everything you needed was here the layout of the cottage is excellent bed is really comfortable hot tub was superb communication with the staff easy through what’s app quick responses to any questions

All ok apart from fridge was dirty inside and outside area could do with sweeping

We liked the size of the cottage compared to the lodges - which are more expensive strangely. The living area was much better and was cooler due to being brick built. Our outdoor area was not overlooked too much. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The mattress was much better than in any of the other lodges. The grass had been cut, so it was possible to sit out on a picnic rug this time.

We requested a BBQ which we thought would come with coals provided and it was not there on our arrival. We waited for an hour and a half for the BBQ to arrive (by which time we had eaten something else as it was almost 8pm) and when it did come there were no coals provided (apparently we needed to bring out own - not mentioned on description) and it was a tiny little thing the size of a dinner plate - which was to be placed directly on the floor. This was totally unsuitable as we had a dog with us - we were unable to BBQ for the duration of our visit. We were surprised as we had paid so much money for two nights - a small bag of coals might be possible to be provided and a proper pet safe raised up BBQ? The girl who dropped it off zoomed off so fast in her car I was unable to ask if there might be any coals available. We had very noisy neighbours on the second night meaning neither of us got any sleep - as they were outside talking loudly, playing music and presumably drinking into the early hours - we were still listening to them at past 2am. This is not usually a problem when we have stayed before and the site is advertised as quiet and tranquil. We came home exhausted.
