On the staircase leading to the apartment, there are !COCKROACHES! Some are already dead, and no one cleans it up! They are just lying here. Apartament is not clean. Everywhere dust, the ventilation grill looks like a nightmare, the dishes are dirty. The glasses are not drinkable. It's disgusting. In these times, to give guests such dirty dishes. A jammed lock at the entrance to the apartment. It's hard to open the door with a key. I couldn't do it on my own, it's good that I was traveling with my husband. There is not even ONE adapter for the necessary equipment for a hairdryer, microwave, or iron in the apartment: they have incompatible plugs! If you even take one adapter with you and charge your phone, then you cannot dry your hair or use the microwave. It's very strange. How can they not be connected? Another issue is that the bed is very hard. The first two nights were fine, but after that our backs started to hurt. Also, the water heater only has a 30-liter capacity. In my opinion, that's not enough for two people. The bedside lamp is not working. The clock on the wall is not working either. It's a disaster. There is a window above the bed that faces the hallway. Every time someone enters the hallway, the light turns on and shines directly into the bedroom. It wakes you up immediately, making it very difficult to sleep. To sum up, based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment! I would suggest looking for something else on the same street, but a different place. It's incredible that this apartment is most likely managed by an agency rather than the owner. I'm honestly shocked by how little the agency seems to care about the condition of the property.

Der Ausblick zum Meer

In der Wohnung wurde nicht geputzt und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht obwohl es kalt war und während des Aufenthaltes gab es nicht genügend Decken so das es wirklich nachts kalt wurde.

Nettes Appartement, Ausstattung genügend, Lage hervorragend, Blick auf Bucht mit Marina, Manoel Island und Valetta. Den Gastgeber haben wir gar nicht kennengelernt, Übergabe der Schlüssel, sowie Informationen per E-Mail. Hat aber gut funktioniert. Feuerwerk von Valetta vom Balkon aus zu bewundern.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns, dass der Lift-Ausgang direkt im Vorraum des Appartements ist. (mit Code gesichert)

Ausschließlich die Lage und die Aussicht waren super.

Eine einzige Katastrophe und schade ums Geld.. Sauberkeit: Insgesamt liegt ein furchtbarer Geruch nach chlorhaltogen Reinigungsmitteln im Appartement. Dieser geht auch nach tagelangem Lüften nicht weg. Der Fußboden wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie gereinigt. Zum Glück hatte ich Badelatschen dabei (siehe Foto, die waren vorher weiss!). Die Fenster und der Balkon sind vollkommen verdreckt. Lärm: Direkt neben dem Gebäude wird aktuell gebaut. Man wird täglich 7 Uhr von Presslufthammer und Baulärm geweckt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Milchglas vom Treppenhaus getrennt. In der Nacht geht ständig das Licht an (Bewegungsmelder) und erhellt das Schlafzimmer. Der Fahrstuhl klingelt bei jeder Nutzung und man hat ständig Angst, das fremde Leute in der Wohnung stehen. Das Appartement liegt direkt über verschiedenen Bars, Restaurants usw. Jeden Abend ist Party. Die Straße direkt vor dem Appartement ist sehr viel befahren und wird auch gerne zum fetzen genutzt. Quietschende Reifen und röhrende Motoren inklusive. Die Balkontür schließt nicht richtig und öffnet sich bei starkem Wind von selbst.

Väga hea asukoht, piisavalt suur korter kahele 10 päevaseks peatumiseks. Olemas hea vaatega rõdu, kiire WI-FI, köök, nõud, veekeetja, kohvimasin, pesumasin ja kuivati. Liftist sai otse tuppa siseneda.

Duširuum, sest ülakorruselt tilkus vett.

Az utcai ajtót csak félig lehetett kinyitni. A szobában az óra nem működött. A wc papír kevés volt.
