Het zou nog iets huiselijker kunnen, zeker zo met de kerst. En de gastvrijheid is minimaal in de zin van geen vaatdoek en keukenhanddoek aanwezig, minimaal servies en het was lastig het water warm te krijgen. Matras bed kan beter.

It was very cold even though I kept putting the heating on. It wasn't clear how to put it on & for it to stay on & warm the flat up.

AUThe Location was within easy walk to train, bus and the city centre of Staines. On-site secure parking, neighbours friendly and quiet, apartment is spacious, smart TV, and WIFI. Had a small balcony.
1. Heavily stained carpets, 2. No curtain or blind in the living space (we improvised with an old sheet and adjustable pole,) 3. the apartment was 25 degrees, too hot for comfort or sleep (heating was OFF) after we made a lot of complaints to management company the windows in bedroom unable to open. We lost 4 days of sleep waiting for someone to fix it out of a 7 day stay! 4. The toilet was NOT clean, the seat had permanent marks, and urine encrusted on fixtures to the bowl. 5. Sofa is uncomfortable. 6. Small double bed with cheap matress 7...The kitchen needs repairs to doors, top rack of dishwasher is broken, not many utensils or crockery and no condiments were provided, and no cleaning fluids such as toilet cleaner! Could list more but dealing with third part realty management (luxedge)who take little responsibility for the condition of the property they rent, and have no good relation with the other 3rd party managing maintenance of the property means little will be done. To call this property luxurious is a complete overstatement. We sent 📸 to management on arrival to no avail
AUNothing. To give access information via e-mail doesn't work when one has come from a boat and car with the only access to E-mail is via wi fi. So a long phone call with broken English before any entrance could be made. They were NOT luxury apartments.
The bathroom and shower didn't give any hot water, no grab handles for shower, Impossible for 86 year old to get in. No toilet Roll holder with toilet roll on bath, poor lighting, unable to see in mirror to do make-up. Living room had no blind, so could use at night with light on. Glass back to sink was broken, AC looked as if it was wired in but Obviously no vents so no air-conditioning, Fans provided just sent warm air. Bedroom didn't allow the windows to open, Thus was very hot during the night. Finally the unit was up some very narrow stairs, Difficult for aged people to carry suitcases to the unit.
