We were unable to go in the place! But If we would have been successful, the surroundings were seriously not safe: not well dressed pople hunging around, that to leave the car on the street (where almost there was no place for it) would be simply risky! We simply did not use the place : we did not go in, after about half an hour trying to go in, but found an other one. But: Eduardo the contact, do not want to pay back the money, what I paid.

The host was very helpful with the code for the key box, I had a reply to my query straight away.

The apartment is spacious. The location is good (right next to the train station) but the locality is pretty dangerous. It is old but it was clean.

Many things are run down, old and many things were broken. Some of them - like electric plugs - dangerously broken. The chair was broken, table lamp was broken, table cloth was torn, sofa was broken, shutters wouldn't close or open in some rooms, the door to the balcony wouldn't open properly.

Location was excellent

We booked the apartment because it was two bedroom for me and a friend. However only one bed was made. One of us had to sleep without sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases. Very disappointing!

Loved both large beds. They were really comfortable and the location was perfect for the train station.

The flat was advertised as having a sofa bed, however not only was the sofa bed broken and didn't lay completely flat, but there were no sheets provided for the Sofa bed. The shutters in one of the bedrooms didn't open at all so no daylight coming through that bedroom. The living room's shutters only closed half way so at night we had to drape towels across the windows to have some privacy. There were electric wires exposed from one of the power points.

It was easy to find the house and it check in was very easy. The flat is very spacious and looks very clean , although cleaning under the beds is needed.

At the time of ny stay broken chair in the living room and some pieces of run down furniture gave a bad impression overall. Wrote to admin in English to ask how to dispose the trash , got answer in Italian . On the last day admin told us to leave city tax fee, which made us have to try to change money at the time of check in and have the cleaner screaming " check in 10 o'clock " continuously at the door while we tried to solve the issue. Asked her where we could take the trash , she kept asking where was our resident card for the bin, and then said she would do it , sighing .. . I wouldn't stay again due to these issues, while none are the end of the world, I think a better experience for the same price can be found.
