The property is very very clean, the location is good and easy access

Location was so close to the bus station also just 1.2 Km from airport. Ideal location for people enjoying to explore by foot. The stay was always good but for the temperature in Italy during the summer we prefered more cooling options like air conditioning or coolers. Overall the stay was good. The safe locker key system was always good and the owner was helpful and also ready to our queries.

Should have provided more Fans as the temperature was also too high in PISA. No Air conditioning.

Spacious, very clean, quiet and host replies quickly.

No aircon. It was so warm, we didn’t sleep well at all because of this.

Nice apartment. The rooms were big and clean.

No elevator.

-location is okay -room is clean and well-decorated -everything is prepared like dishes, cook, washing machine, etc

-No elevator and the stairs are steep (not recommended if you have large suitcases and an elderly person traveling with you)

The apartment was very spacious, 2 large bedrooms with large, comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. It was very clean, with ample towels left for us. Good security, we felt very safe. Communication with the hosts was prompt and obtaining entry to the property fast and easy with a key lock box and clear instructions.

It was on the second floor with no lift, so was a struggle getting all of our bags up and down the stairs. But that is something we’re getting used to in Europe!

The appartment was very clean, easy reacheble - keys in the box, quite close to the city centre.

Spacious apartment with walking distance to the centre. Cold drinks in the fridge!

The check-in procedure (vikey.it) is a little too tedious.

The location is central but parking is difficult and one has to feed the meter.

Lack of microwave. Lack of lift for a second floor apartment and dangerous stannah chair lift. Lack of proper lighting in bathroom see picture. Unsafe electrical light hanging loose against the wood door frame in the bathroom. Unsafe socket in the living room hanging off the wall. See picture. Lack of curtains for the living room french window to the terrace. See picture Lack of key for the french window with terrace in bedroom . Lack of mattress cover on the bed. Very small TV. Electric fans were ineffective due to quality. Lack of parking and a day ticket could have been obtained from the comune, considering we were charged for two bedrooms when we used only one. The road is busy and it is not always possible to park near the flat. Indeed parking should not appear in the advert. Host elicited 10 out of 10 review.
