Everything are perfect and like even the market was easy to buy.

I can't tell didn't maybe I can tell some of suggestion, base of what I experienced us a Property Custodian here in Malta even it is long let or short let like AIRBNB to more satisfaction of the guests. You need to provide the following... 1. Microwave 2. Hand towel for the kitchen after they wash the kitchen things. 3. rugs for cleaning purposes like after eat or cook to avoid messy looks of the kitchen. 4. toilet mat to avoid the floor wet and keep the floor dry. 5. lastly lock for all bedrooms for privacy purposes if you have couples guests when they make loving.

Inside the property it was very dangerous plug sockets hanging off the wall bare wires showing unable to use plugs
