The facility, staff very helpfull, owner super fast respon, the city view is one of the best, near to LRT Station and Plaza Festival Kuningan.

I like the washer & Dryer room. The city view of my place is marvelous. I like my spacious room. The building is very quiet. Also the building is very clean. They do excellent job of cleaning my room 2 times a week. Cable TV is good. A/C is great, keeps the rooms cool/cold.

Too Many Roaches in kitchen & bathroom!! I had to buy roach traps!!

Kamar yang pertama AC nya bocor, kemudian pindah kamar, namun ketika kita sudah membawa barang2 keluar kamar yg lama, ternyata kamar yang ditawarkan baru dibersihkan sehingga kami menunggu di luar berdiri di depan pintu sekitar 15 menit an. Untuk parkir lumayan mahal, kami membayar sekitar 75 rb an, dng hitungan per jam dan tidak ada batas maksimum nya.

Filthy, cracked concrete by the main door, some curtains’ hooks are loose. The main bathroom curtain filthy and stained. There’s mildew around the bathtub.

We paid for a 2-room and 2 bathroom unit but it was dirty, smell strong cigarette smoke, the downlight case were half opened, the floor was greasy. Then they moved us to a smaller 2 bed room 1 bathroom unit which was smaller and cleaner. Another problem was safe deposit box was faulty and the technician came to fix but it was still faulty and I informed them but it was not fixed.
