Charming Lakeland Bungalow Close to Downtown

There was shampoo, conditioner, and body was available. Clean towels, and wash rags. There was more than enough beds. There was also a coffee maker (didn't use). House was generally clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Not being able to access the property after being notified it was OK to check in earlier than 4pm, told 1 month earlier. Stains on king bed comforter, stain spots on pillow cases, thick dirt compacted on back yard table. Paying $100 or so for cleaning fee, compared to our particular usage. (Barely there)

They double booked our stay! We arrived notified owner were on our way and were told only then at 10:30pm. Noone helped us find another place. I was told by Booking.com because I did not respond to email in 30 min they would not help me. I had no extra money for hotel. We were there for my Uncles funeral. There was a big event we didn't know about Sun N Fun. So all hotels were full or 300 plus a night. I had to have money wired to us at midnight. My mom suffered a mild heart attack in between due to stress of no place to stay and her brother dying!!!! This is the most horrible experience to have had happen.!!!!!!!@ So no I do not recommend this place!

Very comfortable stay! Great location near Downtown Lakeland.

Area was very nice, porch great for sitting outside listening to the birds. Lawn furniture an added bonus. Even had a dishwasher and both king size beds.

It was 3 minutes away from my girlfriend's graduation ceremony at the RP funding center. The house contained all the amenities one would need for a short or long stay and was perfect for my 3-day weekend stay.

there wasn't anything I didn't like as it met or exceeded all of my expectations. If I were to make any suggestions to improve comfort of guests I would suggest a remodeled bathroom without a window in the shower stall\tub. Given the window has a wooden frame It is only going to be a point of contention in the future as far as moisture control and rot.
