Location. 20 mins walk to cathedral, off road parking for 2 cars, nice and big rooms for gatherings. Comfy BIG beds beautiful bathrooms, nice and warm also. All around lovely house and stay would book again.
Not a complaint but dogs hair on sofas .

Excellent facilities, lovely garden, clean and well prepared and all within a 15 min walk from the main attractions of York. The staff were very helpful and all in all we had a fantastic stay.

Beautiful property, comfortably parked 3 mid sized cars on the drive. 5 minute walk into the city walls and have agreed as a family we would love to rebook in the future

The location was great, approx 10 min walk to centre. Accommodation was clean, tidy, big, modern, beds were comfy and spacious along with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Would 100% come back.
The top bedroom needed a mirror in, as was more difficult to dry hair and get ready for the day.

The house itself was perfect for what we needed. Adequate parking and very close to town and local amenities.
The house next door is undergoing substantial renovations. There was banging and cutting on Thursday and even Good Friday. The site toilet was just outside the back door. We were unable to let the dog into the garden due to there being two fence panels missing.
