The garden was great, good parking. Nicely furnished and decorated. Great open communal living space. Beds were big and comfortable.
Poorly equipped in general: No hand soap in the bathroom Only 1 tea towel No bin liners No kitchen roll Lights that didn’t work All the plastic dining chairs were damaged, our hair kept getting caught in the back rests. There was a wet towel with cigarettes littered on the floor on the garden. Chipped plates and glasses.

very comfortable and everything you needed for a long weekend, great location and only a 10min walk into York. the property had plenty of parking , modern kitchen, large comfortable beds and bathrooms where all perfect. can’t fault property in anyway.
