Central Townhouse with free off road parking and garden

Location was fantastic, check in details clear, very clean.

Great location, just a short walk into York centre. A well modernised house, with large bedrooms and good showers.

There were no cloakroom/coat hanging facilities - so with eight of us in November, a huge pile of coats etc piled on top of/ falling off, the bannister. A free-standing coat stand would have been better than nothing. A blocked/very slow draining bathroom sink, was frustrating. For males, the annoying downstairs toilet seat, that doesn't stay up! Only small glasses available, a set of larger tumblers/glasses would be a benefit.

Great Location to city centre, very close and walkable in a few minutes passing lovely restaurants and pups along the way. Big comfy beds! Big dinning room table for large groups. Good outside garden space if weather is good. Everything you need in kitchen.

No hanging space in small double room. A few hooks on wall would solve this. A second key would help for larger groups. 10am is a little early for departing property. 4pm is a late arrival time.

The house was amazing and very spacious. It is perfectly located to allow you to walk into York. Lovely area and communication with the host was great.

Despite some flaws which I have highlighted This is a lovely spacious well appointed house in great location Perfect for family stay Lovely garden which unfortunately didn’t get to utilise because of weather

Please provide hand pump soaps in all bathroom/toilets-(only 1 )and more toilet paper- We were unable to have shower as boiler had been switched off prior to arrival and hot water failed to heat when switched back on-although rectified when we were out this was not a good start to our weekend Also would benefit from more window dressing for privacy in all bedrooms If these were addressed stay would’ve been perfect

Brilliant location, only 15 min walk to city centre. Rooms were huge all with very good double beds. Lovely social layout downstairs

Permit road parking, but there’s more than enough space on the drive we got 4 cars on
