The stay was very comfortable, the rooms were cozy and clean. Nice place to stay with family and friends!

There was No WiFi working in side the room, neither Mobile data some one blocked. Should be, must and very very essential, but the Manager not bothered.

Internet, blocking own my mobile data .

:( WORST EVER experience in my life. The room was small, dirty, smelly, fungus infested . It did not provide the facilities it promised in their website like Safety locker, Mini refrigerator, clean towels good beds, wifi, ..... I have been using Booking.com for all my hotel bookings for more than 14 years and this is the first time I encountered such a bad hotel for such a high price. I had booked 2 rooms and they were not cleaned through out our stay. The bath towels were stained and dirty. The bathroom was stinking and dirty. The bed and pillows were as hard as rock. The WI-Fi was not working and we were using our data through out our stay. Only one electric point was found in the room and for charging electronic gadgets there was not even a side table to keep the phones or laptops while charging and so I kept them on the floor in a narrow space. Room had fungus on the walls. I complained multiple times but no response as the reception collected the total money for our stay when we checked in even before we saw the rooms. I paid a whopping Rs 31,067/- for 3 days for 2 rooms and the promised facilities as advertised like Safety locker, Mini refrigerator, etc were not even provided. This hotel stay ruined my pilgrimage trip to Vrndhavan and the experience. Booking.com, please don't have hotels like this on your list. This experience has made me to decrease my trust on booking.com.
