Hotel Kridha Residency - Opposite Prem Mandir Vrindavan

Only the location.

Restaurant: It's expensive and tasteless food ! We ordered Chholey and stuffed Kulche, the chholey were half cooked. Ordered for room service for breakfast, order din't reach for half an hr, had to go to the restaurant to have it.

**Worst behavior of restaurant manager** Uneducated manager employed by hotel who has no sense of talking with customers *Rooms toilets are like dharamshala* No value of money

Location is perfect

Bathroom fittings are horrible Gates are jammed and old seems like never maintained Kettle are old and full of junk they never clean it Beds chairs are very dirty No night light in the room

Staff is good

Furniture of the room OK ,can be changed

Dear Team,  This hotel not given permission for stay there as per booking time u had mentioned that payment to be done at property site, when i reached with family at hotel site, they did not provide room , as per there communication they have no room, i request u don't do this type of booking and ban this hotel ,when i reached Vrindavan with family  time was 10:15 pm. this was much shocking for me and my family after that we gone another place where we stayed at  that time was 11:30 pm.of cold weather,

Size of room and the location near Prem Mandir was Good.

Bathrooms were not maintained , Heaters were not working, Poor service.
