Hotel Kridha Residency - Opposite Prem Mandir Vrindavan

I appreciate the abundance of plants on the property, but I've noticed they lack vibrant green color, and some are decaying, losing their original shape.

They need some staff training. They have to refurbish some of the rooms, and the dining area also needs a renewal of the menus. In the dining area, it's necessary to realign some art pieces near the AC. The fans and AC units need cleaning. It's advised to avoid fixing the area when guests are present in the room, hall, and dining area. Maintenance was ongoing, and there was hammering in the dining hall gate while we were still in the dining area. The electrical panels need to be repositioned, as they are currently too unclean. Additionally, they require attention and should be cleaned. Lower the position of the electric switches is crucial in dining hall. They write orders on hand they should use a notepad. When the Serve the food they just put spoon on the table. When they serve water they said RO water. I think they are trying to being impoverish They are in the hurry for the bill. Horticulture needs to update. There is a highchair for babies inside dining area but it’s just only one. They should put a sign about cleaning times. They should answer more gently when someone call them from the room. Work on tone is needed. Mouth refreshments on the dining area were moist .

Location was great and food was good.

They could have provided us better rooms with balconies and also a cot to sleep. Though we paid for 3guests one of us was given a bed on the floor and no cot was provided.

The think i like about this property is the location, as it is near the prem mandir about 700-800meters.

The price i have paid for staying here is not worth it. I have stayed at many places and this is the most expensive one still I am not satisfied with the service.

Location is very good, comfortable bed and hot water, great food for lunch.

Generally good, but I think I had to pay 5-star prices for a 3-star property, probably due to the dec last week holiday season.

Pathetic service, rude male staff behavior at counter. Over priced, bathroom was so dirty, no hot water in washroom, they always ask for cash insted online payment. They didn't even provide mosquito liquid in room. While they charged 6000/- for a night.
