For Students Only Nelson Place in Belfast

I was a bit difficult getting in touch with the staff after making the reservation. I had to contact them multiple times.

Staff were great

For the price of the stay and the listed facilities, I would expect not to have to request cooking utensils and soap. I had to use hand soap and my hands to wash up.

The room was clean but only 1 towel for two people, the woman at the desk was very rude and didn’t give us an extra key card to use which meant every time I went out my girlfriend had to come down the stairs to let me in and vise versa which I thought was very strange that they couldn’t provide two key card. The man that checked us in was pleasant but the woman was very unhelpful. Room was roasting hot, one of the hottest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in so I won’t be staying here again.

The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette which could come in very handy on a longer stay.

The kitchen is inside the room (not in communal room) with all equipment.

The laundry room is a little bit far from my room.
