GBGood space. Jay was very friendly and helpful.
AULocation was convenient and manager was friendly and attentive.
Everything else. Apartment needed a good clean (in drawers, behind doors, etc) and some basic maintenance ( toilet roll holders, bin door broken, sink plug, etc). Also did not get a bath mat, hand towel, tea towels, etc and much of the cookware was well past its useful life). Towels were all odd, pillows were terrible and none of the bedding g was ironed. It basically looked like a single guy's apartment. Also putting extra beds in the living room and calling it an "additional studio apartment" is very misleading.

Check in time needs to change from 6pm, had to arrange earlier check in which proved to be difficult to arrange.
GBNice location, really handy convenience shop literally outside. Also a Sainsbury's within walking distance. Lots of beds so very handy for large families/groups. Friendly host who happily refunded our parking costs as the free parking wasnt available.
It was definitely not clean despite the host saying he had personally overseen the cleaner. The curtains were dirty, hair on the floor and one of the beds that we went to sleep in had a suspicious looking dirty mark under the cover so we avoided that one. The towels didnt feel or smell clean. Very badly equipped especially for up to 7 people, it was barely functional for 4. Lacking a normal amount of crockery (3 plates and 1 bowl), drinking vessels and basic kitchen equipment, everything was completely random, dirty and not thought out at all. Salt, pepper and a clean cloth would have been helpful but there was just a sponge left in the sink which appeared to have been used. The plug for the sink was missing as were the batteries to the TV remote. Table and stool broken and rickety. Host communication was annoying and inconsistent, I had multiple calls in the 24 hours leading up to check-in which was unnecessary and involved our check-in times being changed several time. I was told at the time of booking that an earlier check in would be possible as 6pm is very late. However only the day before was I notified about a £35 charge. All in all I would not recommend unless its for a drunken group of friends who need a place to crash and dont care about the rest.

The apartment was dirty, bedding was very creased no effort was made to make it look nice. Cutlery draw and contents were dirty. Bins had not been emtied. The apartment didnt appear to have been cleaned for months. Thick layers of dust in bathroom

Dirty, hadn't been cleaned to a good standard, old duvet covers especially on single bed, stained pillows not all spot lights working, dirty cupboard doors and sink, old towels that were black in colour warn out couches, that weren't the ones advertised
