De kwaliteit van de matrassen. Wasmachine niet schoon, vloeren waren nog nat bij binnenkomst, de wasdroger draaide nog. Deze moest nog uitgepakt worden. Parkeren blijft problematisch in Bath.

While many things were stocked and provided but we couldn’t find a couple of basic things : shower gel Coffee tin was empty

Grubby, outside courtyard which was one of the reasons for booking this property was not accessible because of a large amount of rubbish bags with lots of flys so we also couldn’t open windows. The first thing we noticed upon entering the property was the smell of Indian food which stayed for the whole stay, it seemed to have absorbed into the furniture. The microwave had to be cleaned before use we did not use any of the other appliances due to the property needing a deep clean. Cobwebs all over the place. Very disappointed. The photo does not show all of the rubbish but wanted to highlight the flys.
