GBA great location next to Victoria Park and easy walking distance to Bath town centre and its attractions. Decent pub food nearby. Parking outside possible or nearby. Everything you need to self cater. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any enquiries.
GBExcellent location with parking. An easy 15 minute walk to town. A lovely pub at the bottom of the road. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds and sofa bed.
The stairs are steep and not suitable for everyone. Some of the decor is looking tired but this is only minor and did not stop us having a lovely stay.

Two steep winding staircases, with only one bedroom on the bathroom level was challenging for the over 75s in our group. Not enough room at the table for our group of 5.
