Nice clean property. Dave very responsive. Comfortable bed and everything provided for a short stay.

Although there is modesty glass in the shower room I personally would have like a blind as well.

It really is a hidden gem . Nice and clean and quiet place, everything you would need , right at hand . The owners were more happy to help with anything you needed . Thank you for a great stay

I would say only thing is . Shower was a bit hard for a larger person to get into but could just have been my fault for not doing something right but once in , a fantastic shower with loads of room

Easy check in Easy to find Good location

The shower is very awkward to get into (impossible if you’re slightly on the larger side) It was very loud as on one side the hosts kids were playing and on the other was the neighbours garage

"Birkdale hidden gem"

Loved the location, was close to birkdale centre, was a cosy little apartment, had everything you needed and was lovely and clean. Would definitely stop again.

Would advise a curtain being put up at the side door, as the light shines through early morning.
