"I'm glad it was only for one night."

The bathroom was nice. The staff was cooperative and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage in the lobby for several hours after checkout.

Our room was way too small for two people and our luggage. There was no place to sit, except in bed.

"Nice hotel great location."

Great location in the centre of Glasgow. Nice room. Lovely extra touches-Prosecco on arrival. Cookies and milk in the evening. Great breakfast. Nice roof top bar.

Lighting was poor but part of the theme of the hotel. Room was lovely but not practical for us.

Air-conditioning ineffective, room 28 degrees on arrival. Inattention to maintenance, loose bathroom tap, ill-fitting toilet seat, headboard repair with oxide tape

"Room was uninhabitable"

Hotel looks great facilities are good

Air con didn’t work in the room it was 28 degree in the room and staff were unhelpful and untruthful about the reason why room was hot. Air con clearly broken and they had previous complaints regarding that. Booked a different hotel as was uninhabitable

Didn’t stay for breakfast

Poor lighting walking in corridor and walking up stairs. Understand that this was to create an atmosphere, however didn’t like it much.
