Stayed in a cabin room, comfy beds. Staff was amazing both at the front desk and the restaurant.

Next to a homeless shelter, dark rims, lack of hooks for bags and clothes in the small room.

The whole team made us feel welcome. The hotel and rooms are opulent and decadent, which is so cool.

Hard to unpack for a multi-day stay. Shower area is open and a little dangerous with water all over the bathroom.

It was very unique and the extra packages are very good value

Extremly warm !! Aircon didn’t go past 16 degrees no windows in the room Staff where amazing and friendly and the rooftop bar was stunning

Staff were amazing, at the desk and the upstairs roof bar, friendly, professional and helping. Any business would be lucky to have them.

The rooms are not very comfortable, well, the bed is buy There's too much stuff around, makes it hard to manoeuvre and the worst part is the lights. It's just too dark even when you don't want it to be. My girlfriend had to go somewhere else to do her make up and hair.
