Breakfast in the sky bar on a nice sunny day is awesome

Absolute disgrace Staff were rude. I’d bought a night away for partners daughter and her friend who were denied entry as one didn’t have a “ suitable “ ID although was photographic and was legal for ID purposes One was told by a memeber of staff in the rudest way, you can come in and you can’t. This left two vulnerable young girls alone in Glasgow. Will never use this terrible hotel again and this matter is being taken further.

Location, look and feel

Was starting to get tired. AC was noisy but too hot without. Bathroom door handle fell off. Sink wouldn't drain. Noisy guests in small hours in corridors.
