"Slightly disgruntled"

Very nice modern apartment. Parking was good in an allocated space.

Xmas tree and decorations still up 3rd Feb. Kitchen tap running all the time No dishwasher tablets Only 3 spoons for breakfast, there were 4 of us ! No toilet roll in the downstairs toilet and no spares available. Shower broken in the ensuite Radiator notcworking en suite and the living room, this made it chilly . All these things put a damper and spoiled our experience of this apartment, which was a shame. The charge of £10 for 1 hour extra at checking out time is also a bit steep.

Spacious, bright clean and everything you needed. Well equipped with lovely furniture, Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine with plenty of pods. Comfy beds and lovely decoration all through. The place was safe, very secure with own private parking spot in a secure gated carpark. Great communication from the team.

We couldn’t get the towel rail to work in the bathrooms so felt chilly when showering. Also if being really picky the towels were really small.

Well placed for the centre of Shrewsbury. There was good parking. The parking was secure. The c company responded quickly to the issues but couldn't fix them.

Lots of things not working, fan in bathroom, some heaters, Bathroom towel heater, freezing cold on arrival - took about 12 hours to warm the apartment. The beds were VERY uncomfortable, this plus the other issues led us to leaving a day earlier than we had planned and paid for. Horrible smell in all the communal areas - maybe damp carpet? Generally needs some attention.

"Lovely spacious apartment"

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and plenty of seating for six of us

The towel radiator wasn't working in the en suite so it was very cold for showering

Great location very handy for railway station and a short walk to the town centre. Comfortable and clean accommodation ideal for short stay to lovely Shrewsbury
