There was insufficient cutlery for the 6 people crockery. No wardrobes or drawers in bedrooms for clothes.

Bedrooms too hot. Although fans were provided it did it not circulate enough cold air for it to be comfortable.

"Good location, good facilities and well presented"

Décor and layout was really good. Plenty of bathroom facilities in terms of number of guests etc which is always good when traveling for work.

The only draw.back is one key which for a family is fine but when traveling with colleagues it makes getting in very convoluted.

The 10 page form of small print to sign prior to arrival seems excessive. Hob only worked intermittently (spare portable electric hob provided). Property needs a little TLC.
