Stunning ground floor apartment near Southwold

Attractive and spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well equipped- with quality items, which makes a change for self-catering. Host very friendly.

Lovely, welcoming home, decorated beautifully & it's a short walk into Southwold.

It was great to have a garden space - it just needs a little spruce up / quick mow of the lawn/ table cleaned to give it that wow factor that's all. I imagine it's because this place is booked up all the time as it really is a wonderful stay.

Super clean and tidy, with everything you need and very peaceful. Short walk into town with a local shop on your doorstep. Beautifully decorated with lots of space. Great communication.

The property was spacious and nicely decorated throughout had a lovely calming relaxed feeling to it and the garden was a bonus having the sun all day long as it moved to different areas of the garden.

It was a shame the back garden had not been attended too before arrival, grass cut pressure washed patio for example.

The decor was lovely and the property was well equipped

It was a little noisy (we could hear the upstairs TV, them moving around etc, and some conversations, as well as there being a lot of road noise). In saying that, it didn't really bother us too much, especially as we had a noisy toddler in tow!
