The location was good, not a long distance to the beach.

1. The furniture needs replacement/good repair. The sofas, the bed, and some dining chairs 2. The house cleaning needs close supervision. 3. The beddingds/towels need replacement. 4. Kitchen utensils and cutlery need to be re-looked at as well, could be better than that

Great value for money. A few minutes walk to the beach and easy access to the coastal road and restaurants. 15 mins walk to local supermarket.

No hot water to shower. Tried to communicate and chase up but in vain. Had the penthouse booked but jacuzzi needed cleaning . Chased up but got it cleaned only on the last day of our 4 days stay.

The location is great.. close to restaurants and shops

Apartment is run down with some damage. But the host was kind enough to change us to another apartment

Rooms were neat and clean

Property didnt have water for almost 4 days and did not make an effort to get water for guests. The host is almost impossible to contact and is not helpful. The guest couldn't even shower as there was no assistance to get water.

Nothing, worst trip ever done related to accommodation

1. Self check in after 2 pm not gone well. We arrived in the apartment at 10pm, cannot access the apartment since the key was not in the key box. Phoned the host several times, no success. We only managed to talk to him after one hour attempts. He was very arrogant with us stating that we were not supposed to disturb him at that time of the night. We asked him if we can't access the apartment, what should we do, May be we should sleep on the road or near the swimming pool, he said it might be a solution 2. The host stated if you have any complaint, contact booking.com and not him 3. The apartment is on the third floor without elevator 4. The building is not in compliance with Tourism authority. For example no elevator, no electric generator, stayed without electricity and water for 2 days due to cyclone 5. When the electricity came back to normal, still continued without water since the water pump was broken, the host stated its not their responsibility, its the syndicate. Are we supposed to deal with the syndicate now 6. We were not allowed to park our car in the parking area and parked our car on the road. We don't have access with the main gate which work with a remote, no remote was given to us 7. We entered the property with the small door where there is soap water on the floor 8. The apartment is full with cockroach 9. The apartment has a safe which we were not provided with the access code or the key 10. The electric iron has a broken electric plug which is very dangerous and at risk of electrocution 11. The apartment has three dining chairs and these chairs were full of nails which were not properly fixed, I even got cut in my arm with one of the chair 12. Several times the water heater don't work and no hot water is available 13. Carrying your luggage from the road to the third floor and vice versa at check out is not an easy task 14. The host told us if we need water we would go down near the swimming pool there is a tap which we can use.

- spacious, suitable for 5 people - there is a pool, but the beach is easily accessible on foot

- during our stay (6 days/5 nights), there was no hot water. - we received only 1 roll of toilet paper for a total of 5 people. - the stove operates on bottled gas, which ran out while preparing dinner. We accidentally discovered this, fortunately finding another bottle behind the building to replace it. - we immediately informed the host of all issues, but they never responded. They did not address our concerns.

Good location, swimming pool, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Place was not cleaned properly, cot was not provided after request and confirmed. Messages not replied when enquired, very little linen and cutlery. No one there receiving us or to explain parking arrangement or hot water settings. Walls need a layer of paint or good cleaning. Oven handle broken. Furnished very basic.
