"The apartment is OK if you have time to clean it and buy some soap and everything."

The apartment is big and the atmosphere is nice!

It is old, smelly and dirty. In the bathrooms there is not even soap! And there are a lot of insects. The shower is broken and it seems that nobody takes care of the apartment.

"Do not book this stay."

The only good things about this place are the proximity to the beach and supermarket as well as the guard/concierge who was very helpful (this is why we are giving the stay a 3/10 and not a 1/10).

The rooftop terrace was not in use and we only found out after check in. We would have never booked this accommodation if we would have known this. We contacted the host regarding and they lied stating that the renovations were already done, when in fact the roof top terrace was in a very filthy state with renovation debris everywhere. Also: The shower did not have hot water. There was no housekeeping during our two week stay - we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy it ourselves.

"I won't recommend this property to any tourist because of the disappointment and upset experience"

Nothing

Everything was devastating and horrible experience. The owner was so rude and unprofessional and refused to refund our money due to the condition of this property not as advertised. I had to go through a lot of hassle during my holidays travelling long way to Mauritius.

"worst holidays"

nothing. a huge scam to the very end of it. be aware of this property - it does not correspond any of the pictures on booking!!!!

there are no words to come up with to describe the level of dissatisfaction, first time I faces such a scam over booking.com the old unpleasant furniture, non working facilities and the amount of leakage + not a single time we were able to reach out to the owner over the provided phone for any sort of solutions. everything is dirty and unclean. for thé official complaint the reply way simple - it’s not new hotel, sorry. this is all we had. booking did not support any of our claims neither suggesting to leave the review only. so be careful - you won’t have any help whatsoever if choosing these guys
