AULovely apartment, looked just like if not better than the pictures! Marina views were stunning and lovely balcony with gas BBQ that we really enjoyed. Location was perfect for exploring Northland especially Waitangi treaty grounds, Paihia and Russell.

The only thing that wasn’t quite perfect about this place was the downstairs kitchen. Under the sink, the pipes were duck-taped together to stop a leak, which was causing an interesting smell. The master bedroom was lovely and had amazing views, but it lacked a door and blinds to cover the main window. The second bedroom wasn’t quite big enough for two older adults; it was more suited for two little ones.

The place was beautiful, very clean, pleasant staff and great amenities. I highly recommend this place for all of these reasons and it's a super location.
The house is very spacious and stylish. Love the environment and view. Would love to go back.
