NZNZHow it was clean,the rooms and bathrooms were good,spacious kitchen,the balcony was huge,you had no interruptions from any neighbour's was quiet as even thou it's in the Marina.Awesome views from the living and main bedroom.Close to the ferry so if you wanted to you could take the car ferry over to Russell for a day trip.
I think the only problem i had was the door leading into the building i had to like have 3 or more tries just about everytime we left there to go somewhere.

Because of the orientation and it being mid winter no sun was coming in except through the skylights.

AUloved the views from kitchen/lounge and upstairs close to coastal trail. noticed that little bugs cone in after dark so need to close openings facing marina in the evenings.
