Fitness centre was great

The food in the restaurant was not good value and we didn’t particularly enjoy it

Well located and laid out.

Our room was very small. On arrival we are shown to our room by a receptionist who did not bother to use the lift to take us to our room which was on the top floor of the property. Instead we had to use the stairs; fine for me with my case, but not so for my wife with hers.

The location is incredible, the on site facilities are excellent and the healthy restaurant food was lovely

My room smelt of smoke and I needed to move but the only option was an upgrade which I needed to pay for. A staff member kindly offered us free drinks and a discount on food which came to about 25% of the upgrade. It would have been nice to have been moved at no charge.

Parking is difficult but manager helped with releasing a nearby disabled spot
