Balcony room and view, excellent breakfast, view at breakfast

Nothing to fault

Clean and good reception area

Being in a different building but that was fine when we got used to it

The location was lovely. We enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool. There was a wide choice at breakfast and the evening meal in the restaurant was delicious. Our room was very comfortable.

The parking could be difficult.

Position of hotel , very modern with a beautiful spa and Maisy in the spa was wonderful as were the reception staff in the spa

Food was very poor at both evening meal and breakfast. We waited a very long time ,and food and coffee lwere uke warm . Waited a very long time for cooked brakfast and then asked for eggs to be well cooked and after 45 minutes it arrived ....eggs runny 😐 breakfast staff not very welcoming

Location was brilliant

We have stayed at this hotel before in the same room type and had a terrace with sun beds. This time we got a balcony, that accommodated two chairs (just) and were told we couldn’t use the spa sun loungers
