Close to beach. Easy to park. Super food and friendly staff

Room slightly needed an up grade and outside areas needed attention

Could not find fault of the facility or staff everything was excellent, Unfortunately our car was vandalized outside reception when it got "keyed" along the full side. I checked with reception and there are no security cameras. It also happened at 8:29 in the evening. Coincidentally it was the only car in the carpark with an Irish Registration......

The spa experience was exceptional, offering a serene and uncrowded environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon of relaxation.

It was rather disappointing to discover the absence of a refrigerator, iron, or ironing board in the room, especially considering the price. The telephone was also out of order, preventing us from contacting reception. My partner visited reception and was met with an impolite inquiry regarding his need for an iron and the duration of its use. The staff member then sighed and stated she would retrieve one. After a ten-minute wait, she returned and curtly informed him that it would be delivered to the room. Furthermore, the patio and garden area were unfortunately marred by cobwebs and cigarette butts. The breakfast was cold and did not appear freshly prepared, which was again quite disappointing. I ordered avocado on toast and was served a tangy premade guacamole tasted very synthetic. My partner had a full English and was served cold and under cooked. Noone even asked if everything was okay. Over all very disappointing. I would like to add that the hotel reached out to apologise and asked if they could call to rectify the situation. this is as far as it went. i have called twice and responded to my email twice with no one interested in calling me back. again such poor service for such a wonderful hotel. they clearly only want your money

Fabulous location with high quality rooms and common areas. The restaurant and bar was excellent whilst the hotel had a range of other facilities including a full size gym.

Room was a little small and looked out onto flat roof area where seagulls were nesting.

Food was fantastic! Views from bar and restaurant and setting was lovely but for me the swimming pool and health club and gym was just brilliant! Staff were also very good and attentive.

The only downside was we were in room 26 and the view of the roof was not ideal or was the noise at 5.30am when deliveries were being dropped off as we were above the kitchen!

Comfortable beds; clean; good facilities; friendly and helpful staff; well located in the quiet end of Falmouth

We stayed for a week and dined in the hotel every night. The food quality was good, but the menu remains the same every night. It would be good to have a "special" choice every evening
