The spa facilities and the close beach location

Paid top rate for sea view with balcony or terrace but sea only just seen if you peer over the roof into the distance. This was not what we paid the extra for as a treat. Also food and drink very expensive.

Staff serving breakfast a bit disorganised with orders so it would be good to improve that since is a 4* hotel.

Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant all excellent. Spa and hydrotherapy facilities also excellent

Our room was smaller than expected, and the balcony was also smaller than expected. Compared to our previous visit, we were disappointed that the policy is now that water and biscuits are only provided in the room for the first day of your stay.

Der Zimmerservice zum Betten und Bad machen kam des öfteren sehr spät am Nachmittag. Da soĺte mehr Personal verfügbar sein.

Staff very friendly & helpful & service was very good

Room was above the kitchen area, so was noisy during early hours when deliveries were being made
