Excellent in every way. A little taste of paradise on earth. The bungalows are spacious and spotlessly clean. A/C , fast WIFI , veranda, en suite bathroom , tea and coffee making facilities , and a wonderful pool. The location is peaceful at night but within a short walk to either the beach or the local shops and restaurants. I didn't bother to look for anywhere other than here because all the food is delicious and superb quality. The home made pasta is remarkable. So is the price, everything is very reasonably priced and can be paid for with card. The owners are originally from Italy but have merged into a lovely happy local family who seem to work as one with great courtesy and smiles. Much appreciated assistance with my onward travel , boats , taxis etc was all arranged for me too. This was the highlight of my trip this year. Thank you.

Everything. Has to be my #1 favourite place to stay in Cambodia such genuine caring staff who always give 100% effort. Beer on draft and the most tastiest authentic Italian and Khmer food about!! Came in a group of 4 and every single one of us had the most amazing experience!

Nice swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was good. Outdoor smoking allowed.

Beds not good. Beds uncomfortable. Toilet was broken and smelly. Rooms are old and run down. The neighborhood streets were muddy and filled with garbage.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, plus they have pool and close to the beach too.

The bathroom. Everytime you flush, there a leaking water.

Very comfortable small hotel,the cottage a good size , Swimming pool very clear, and refreshing Very nice staff I would recommend
