Didn't have breakfast as 9am was too late for us. Location was 5 min walk from village and another 5 min to the nice Otres beach. Was cambodian whereas Sihanoukville is nearly all Chinese.

Hotel neighbourhood not very nice.

The bungalows are spaced far enough from one another for privacy. The beds are quite comfortable and large and the room is equipped with a warm shower, air-conditioningand some basic amenities like a water cooker. Each bungalow has it's own little terrace with table and chairs. The resort has a relaxed vibe and the personnell is very friendly and flexible. You can have a continental or english breakfast here all the way across the globe from where those originate from.

The bungalows walls look like they're made from some kind of board material instead of bricks and concrete. This is of course cheaper/easier to construct but gives if a bit of a cheap feel. There is an unfinished concrete building right behind the resort of a to-be hotel that gives the area a bit of a shabby vibe. The area where the resort is situated is actually the biggest downside, with also empty plots of land here and there. The road to the resort was partly flooded, which made going to and from the hotel by at least a motorcycle or a tuk-tuk a requirement.

The staff were very friendly

No fly screens on the cabin windows , I did get bitten by mosquito's.

Own separate dwelling.

Pooled water along the internal walkways. Rats on the way in and out of town. Pooled water over the laneways into and out of town. Mosquitoes in the room. Gaps in the room aiding their ingress.
